Like a zipscreen, an awning uses a spring system which enables the blind to sit in any postion desired, along its round steel guides but only is used on the face fix of windows.

The guides are inserted into arms attached to the bottom rail and the awning skin and arms retract into a hood above the window seal to protect the skin of the blind.

VERANDAH BLINDS

The winch operated verandah blind uses a unique winch tensioned system that locks into place to prevent tension being lost during aging and weather.

This system requires a bottom tube to be locked into place using a dog clip and saddle on each end of the bottom tube.

A handle is used to operate the winch of the blind, and for each postion that is desired a dog clip and saddle will be needed on each end of the bottom tube.
